1900 Park Avenue 

Located on Park Avenue between East 129th - East 130th Streets,1900 Park Avenue is a future development site acquired in 2014 by The Fane Organization.  The Fane Organization's vision for the site calls for a mixed-use project to include ground-floor retail with several floors of community uses on podium floors and a residential tower above.   Our goal is to be part of the transformation of Upper Park Avenue, fostering the City's vision for greater density along Upper Park Avenue, and enhancing the East Harlem neighborhood by bringing, modern housing this area.    The Fane Organization is carrying out preliminary zoning and massing studies with a view toward evaluating the options for construction on this site.
