Yellow Brick Loft

Yellow Brick Loft is an existing commercial property -- a dynamic hub of offices, creative work lofts, retail spaces and community facilities in Upper Manhattan run by 1916 Partners.  Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Harlem, the project gets its name from the golden beige color of the brick in this grand Park Avenue block-front building.    The Yellow Brick Loft consists of two adjacent buildings -- its signature 1916 Park Avenue, which stretches from E 130th Street - E 131st Street, and the contiguous 68 East 131st Street.    It is located in the geographic center of New York City and is easy to reach by bus, train or car.  Our tenants include prestigious Harlem-based non-profit organizations, professional offices, art studios, antique furniture restoration and wood-working shops, and a range of other commercial and artistic uses.

The Yellow Brick Loft is a creative center with many artists' studios.    Our talented Harlem artists have very different styles of work, but all share a passion for their art.   Shown here are several Yellow Brick Loft artists at work:  

On the ground floor at Yellow Brick Loft is a mixture of retail and community facilities.   The Galaxy walk-in clinic is a multi-specialty facility that provides medical services to the local East Harlem community.
